Hillsboro Police Report

On Dec. 5, Kristin White of Hillsboro, driving a 1994 Buick, was traveling southbound on North High Street and failed to stop for a 2005 Saturn that was stopped in traffic and was being driven by Sherry Merry of Leesburg. White struck the Merry vehicle, doing light damage. White was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

On Dec. 6, James Loudner of Hillsboro, driving a 2010 Pontiac, was traveling northbound on North West Street at the stop sign at West North Street and entered the intersection, striking an eastbound 2003 Buick that was being driven by Kristie Watters of Hillsboro. Loudner was cited for driving with no operator's permit.
