Hillsboro Police Report

On Dec. 1, Sail Samir of Michigan was driving a 2006 Freightliner and was pulling into the lot at Master Feed Mill, North East Street when he struck the building with his trailer.

Kearstyn Hawks of Sardinia, driving a 2003 Chevrolet, was in the drive-thru at Burger King and struck the rear of a 2011 Ford that was also in the drive-thru and was being driven by Julie Cain of Leesburg. Light damage was received by both vehicles.

Anna Lucas of Hillsboro, driving a 1996 Ford, was traveling north on North High Street when she failed to stop and struck a 2005 Nissan that was stopped at the red light and was being driven by Angela Lawwill of Hillsboro. This caused the Lawwill vehicle to strike a 2006 Ford that was driven by Ernest Collins of Van Lear, Ky. Lucas was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

On Dec. 2, Desirae Osborn of Hillsboro, driving a 2000 Ford, was traveling south on North High Street and failed to stop and struck a 2004 Chrysler that was stopped in traffic and was driven by Linda Parrish of Greenfield. Osborn was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

On Dec. 3, Michelle Cimis of Hillsboro was driving a 2006 Toyota and was northbound on North High Street and stopped behind a 2004 Buick driven by Patricia Newland of Hillsboro. Cimis started forward and struck the Newland vehicle. Light damage was received by both vehicles.

Anne Lucas of Hillsboro, assured clear distance ahead.
Angela Cordy, 34, of Hillsboro, bench warrant.
Tyler Neal, of Winchester, red light violation.
