She is a member of the Parent Advisory Council at Hopewell Center and the treasurer of the Greenfield Mothers Club.
The Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities is comprised of residents of Highland County, appointed by the Highland County Commissioners and the Highland County Probate Judge.
“I am pleased to welcome our newest Board Member, Elizabeth Fryman,” said Superintendent Deb Buccilla. “She brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a parent and advocate, and will be a tremendous asset to our board as we continue to further our mission of enhancing the quality of life for everyone we serve.”
