Greenfield celebrates Oktoberfest Sept. 24

The village of Greenfield will be celebrating Oktoberfest on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 6-10 p.m. at the corners of South and South Washington streets.

Oktoberfest is an international celebration of the fall season and features great music, food and fun. This year’s event is sponsored by the Greening Greater Greenfield Committee, the Highland County Visitor’s Bureau, WVNU, Lite 97.5 FM, Greenfield Lions Club, Knights of Columbus and more.

Live music by the Zinzinnati Bier Band will be featured from 7-10 p.m.

Food will be for sale from various community groups during the evening and a beer and wine garden will be hosted by the Yellow Rose Bed and Breakfast.

Bring your lawn chairs (the street will be closed), your friends and come enjoy the very first Greenfield Oktoberfest on Saturday, Sept. 24.[[In-content Ad]]
