Flooding, debris closes several area roads

The following routes on the state highway system are either closed or restricted due to flooding and debris:

ADAMS COUNTY:
S.R. 73 is closed between S.R. 32 and the Scioto County line.
S.R. 41 North to Peebles is closed at S.R. 32.

JACKSON COUNTY:
S.R. 93 is closed south of Oak Hill.
S.R. 139 is closed at Ralph Riegel Road.
S.R. 140 is closed.
S.R. 233 is closed.
S.R. 279 is closed between S.R. 139 and Monroe Hollow Road.
S.R. 327 between Byer and Ray is closed.

LAWRENCE COUNTY:
S.R. 141 is open but restricted at Arabia.
S.R. 243 is open but restricted at Symmes Creek.
S.R. 378 is open but restricted at Linnville.
S.R. 93 is closed at Jackson County.

PIKE COUNTY:
S.R. 124 is closed at Idaho.

ROSS COUNTY:
S.R. 41 is closed at Tong Hollow Road and at other locations north of Bainbridge.

SCIOTO COUNTY:
S.R. 73 is closed at Rarden and into Adams County.
S.R. 139 is closed at Gravel Washer Road and into Jackson County.
S.R. 140 is closed at South Webster and into Jackson County.

Motorists are advised that crossing any closed route is strictly prohibited and to use additional caution when crossing any route that remains open but where standing water or debris may be present.
