Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine hailed the announcement by the United States Supreme Court that it will hear the constitutional challenge to the federal health care act brought by Ohio and 25 other states.

DeWine issued the following statement:

"On my first day as Ohio Attorney General, I authorized Ohio to join the case challenging the constitutionality of the insurance mandate imposed on virtually every American by Obamacare. I firmly believe that the health care law is unconstitutional.

"In 10 short months, we've prevailed on this issue at the trial and appeals court levels and now will have the matter heard by the United States Supreme Court. This case is important to our country and should help affirm the constitutional limits on federal power. I'm very glad the Court has decided to hear it."[[In-content Ad]]
