Democratic Party to host fall dinner Oct. 25

The Highland County Democratic Party will hold its fall dinner on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building Basement Meeting Room with a carry-in dinner. The Party will provide meat, drinks and table service.

The speaker for the evening will be State Representative Michael Stinziano. Rep. Stinziano, a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, previously was a legal extern for the Supreme Court of Ohio; was previously general counsel for Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner; and in 2008 was the director of the Franklin County Board of Elections. He will speak regarding the issues on the ballot this November, especially Issue 2 (Senate Bill 5).

Any candidate for city, school board or township office is welcome to come and be acknowledged.

As usual, there will be a lively auction conducted by Frank Grover, so bring an auction item.[[In-content Ad]]
