Commissioners proclaim Developmental Disabilities Month

The Highland County Board of Commissioners proclaimed the month of March as Developmental Disabilities Month in Highland County during their Wednesday board meeting. Following the reading of the proclamation by Commission President Shane Wilkin, representatives from the Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the county commissioners posed for this photo.
