Commissioners to hold special meeting Aug. 16 on board appointment

The Highland County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 16 at 9 a.m. in the commissioners’ meeting room at 119 Governor Foraker Place, Hillsboro, to discuss a board appointment.

The commissioners may be considering an announcement for the Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities, following the June dismissal of former board member Sam Snyder.

Snyder has expressed interest in rejoining the board.[[In-content Ad]]
