Clermont County Prosecutor's Office, Press Release

Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve announces that one March 17, Benjamin Holden, Jose Jareo, Wayne Moore, Darren Homer, Richard Hogue, Sameul Ramirez, Landerous Boyd, Gavin Thompson, Daniel Bowling and Joshua East were all indicted by a grand jury, and a juvenile was also charged, with a plethora of alleged sex crimes against children.

Charges ranged from the rape of multiple children under the age of 10 to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) involving violent sexual assaults against children as young as infants.

Additionally, on March 12, Logan Zimmerman and Dillon Jacobs were indicted for alleged forcible rapes of an adult female and minor female, respectively.

Six of these perpetrators were investigated by Detectives from the Goshen Township Police Department. Goshen Township collaborated with the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office and the Sheriff’s Office S.A.F.E. Unit to process and examine numerous electronics in a relatively short period of time.

“I could not be more proud to work with the Law Enforcement agencies in Clermont County,” Mark J. Tekulve, Clermont County Prosecuting Attorney, said. “The investigators and road patrol work tirelessly to protect the children of this community.”

Regarding the allegations, Tekulve said, “The effects of prosecuting these monsters for CSAM cases will potentially help children all over the world. These 11 people will now be held accountable for the lives they have forever changed across our county.”

An indictment is merely a charge and is not evidence of guilt.
