Classic Real Estate associates attend OAR Convention in Columbus

Randy Butler, Kim Boyer, Emily Stroud, and Jenny Hilterbran attended the 105th annual Convention of the Ohio Association of REALTORS (OAR) Sept. 20-22 in Columbus.
During the three-day convention, Kim, Emily, Randy and Jenny attended business meetings, educational courses, general interest sessions, and also viewed the latest in products and services displayed by industry-related exhibitors.
The OAR, with more than 28,000 members, is the largest professional trade association in Ohio.
OAR officially awarded 2,967 of its members “President’s Sales Club” designations in four recognition levels for outstanding performance in the real estate industry.
This year, four Classic Associates – Randy Butler, Kim Boyer, Brigette Waggoner and Broker, Jenny Hilterbran – were recipients of the prestigious Award of Achievement for attaining in excess of $1 million in sales volume in one year – no small accomplishment.
Classic Real Estate associates have been so recognized a total of 96 times since opening for business on April 1, 1990. That represents more than $96 million in real estate sales in Highland County.
Broker Jenny Hilterbran states, “We congratulate all the OARPSC winners for a job well done. Not only are we proud of the job that Classic associates do, but we are grateful to all the buyers and sellers who, over the years, have placed their confidence in our ability to help make their dreams of home ownership come true. Without them, we would have never achieved such success.”
