Church Women United raising funds for blankets

Highland County Church Women United is collecting funds to purchase heavyweight blankets to be distributed to economically disadvantaged families in Ohio.

These blankets offer warmth and relief during dangerously cold weather.

Those who would like to contribute to this project can contact Valeta Doorneweerd at (937) 393-5099.

The purpose of Church Women United is to encourage church women to come together in a visible community to witness their faith in Jesus Christ and, enabled by the Holy Spirit, to go out into every neighborhood and nation as instruments of reconciling love.
