Chillicothe Police Department arrests 4 after executing search warrants

The Chillicothe Police Department announced Friday that the department executed drug search warrants at two addresses — one on Lillie Street and one on Willow Lane — on April 23.

The results of these search warrants included the alleged seizure of three grams of meth, 28 grams of cocaine, a small amount of fentanyl, a stolen handgun, paraphernalia, prescription drugs and evidence of trafficking drugs.

On Lillie Street, Alvin Littleton, 64, of Chillicothe was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of drugs and receiving stolen property.

At Willow Lane, Angelo Froe, 44, of Lancaster and Ashton Walls-Bowling, 35, of Chillicothe were both arrested on active warrants. Nicholas Grooms, 38, of Chillicothe was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

Additional felony charges are possible in both cases, pending lab results.
