Chillicothe PD executes search warrants, seizes drugs in 2 locations

On March 19, the Chillicothe Police Department executed a search warrant on Theatre Street with assistance from the Ohio Adult Parole Authority (APA), The result from this search warrant was an alleged seizure of around 17 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Quentin Havens, 44, of Beaver was arrested at the scene on an alleged APA violation.

On the same date, the Chillicothe Police Department working with the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) performed a traffic stop in the area of state Route 104. An OSP K9 unit had a positive indication on the vehicle that led to the alleged seizure of around 120 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.

Robert Rogers, 45, of Chillicothe was arrested on charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of cocaine.

Mitchell Ingram Jr., 52, of Columbus was also arrested and charged with possession of drugs; tampering with evidence; illegal conveyance of drugs; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Additional felony charges are possible in both cases, pending lab results.
