Absentee voting begins Jan. 31

The Highland County Board of Elections will begin absentee voting in the office on Tuesday, Jan. 31. Office hours from Jan. 31-March 2 are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

On Friday, March 2, the office will be open from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m., which will end absentee voting in the office.
