November 15, 2025
Offenses/Incidents
At 1:26 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of South Washington Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 4:49 A.M., a caller reported a white Ford Focus driving all over the roadway and the occupants hanging out of the windows, yelling. A short while later an officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle in the Corvac parking lot. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 5:18 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of North Washington Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:54 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of South 7th Street and South Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:57 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on two bicyclists in the 200 Block of South Street. Both bicyclists were warned for equipment violations.
At 6:09 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Adient. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 6:40 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near the cemetery. The driver was warned for an equipment violation and an expired registration sticker.
At 12:28 P.M., a resident in the 100 Block of South 4th Street reported a Port-A-Pot was on their property, leaning against their privacy fence.
At 1:03 P.M., a caller reported a fight was about to break out at Mitchell's Park. Upon arrival, it was discovered the other half of the party departed prior to the officer's arrival.
At 1:10 P.M., Summers Funeral Home requested an escort through town for a funeral procession. An escort was provided for the procession.
At 1:30 P.M., a resident in the 100 Block of North 11th Street request EMS to be sent to a neighbor's apartment. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 2:43 P.M., Edgewood Manor Nursing Home reported a female employee refused to leave the property after being told to vacate the premises. Upon arrival, it was determined the female had left prior to the officer's arrival. The female was trespassed from the property.
At 3:04 P.M., a caller at the Imagination Kingdom reported an older male on a golf cart was recording her and younger girls at the playground. An officer made contact with the male, who gave consent to search his phone. The male was advised accordingly.
At 3:32 P.M., a resident in the 600 Block of McClain Avenue reported a theft of his child's 26-inch, Kent "Ambush" bicycle that is white with blue lettering, and blue pegs. This incident remains under investigation.
At 5:31 P.M., Stevens Hardware reported an employee had found a baggie containing suspected narcotics. Officers responded to the scene and collected the suspected narcotics. This incident remains under investigation, pending review of security footage.
At 5:33 P.M., a resident in the 400 Block of Jefferson Street reported her neighbor was blowing leaves into the parking space in front of her house. An officer responded to the scene and determined there were no street or line obstructions. Both parties were advised accordingly.
At 5:39 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 Block of Jefferson Street.
At 6:03 P.M., a resident in the 500 Block of North 5th Street reported her juvenile son had been assaulted at the playground. Officers made contact with the other party's parents and were advised accordingly.
At 6:27 P.M., a resident in the 200 Block of North 11th Street requested a welfare check. Contact was made with the occupant, who advised she was ok and felt safe in her residence.
At 7:50 P.M., a resident in the 500 Block of Waddell Street reported a water leak emergency inside their residence.
At 9:01 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North 7th Street near McClain Avenue. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 9:08 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Edgewood Avenue near McClain Avenue. The driver was warned for failure to display.
At 9:58 P.M., a caller in the 800 Block of South Washington Street reported suspicious people in the woods. The caller advised he could hear people and see flashlights. Officers responded and patrolled the wooded area.

Offenses/Incidents
At 3:37 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near McDonalds. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 3:37 A.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security reported a commercial burglary alarm activation at the Greenfield Elementary School. An officer responded to the scene and cleared the building.
At 5:05 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 5th Street. The driver was warned for speed.
At 10:02 A.M., Emergency 24 Alarm Company reported an alarm activation at a Greenhills Drive residence. An officer made contact with the keyholder on site, who advised everything was ok.
At 11:30 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on 10th Street near South Street. The driver was warned for an obstructed license plate.
At 12:19 P.M., The Highland County Sheriff's Office advised they received a call from a male advising he had left his wallet at a residence he dropped a delivery at. A short while later the same male called back advising he had located his wallet.
At 12:41 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of South McArthur way reported a theft of 40-foot aluminum ladder. This incident remains under investigation.
At 1:23 P.M., a caller reported in the area of South 4th Street and Dickey Avenue, multiple juveniles playing in the street, with two of them laying in the street. An officer made contact and advised the juveniles accordingly.
At 1:44 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 of Spring Street. After investigation, the driver, Jack Justice was cited for Driving Under Suspension.
At 1:59 P.M., a caller at Priests Texas BBQ requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 5:01 P.M., a resident in the 500 Block of Dunlap Lane reported every time he goes to his vehicle, his neighbor will pop his truck or make his vehicle's horn go off. An officer responded to the scene and spoke with the caller.
At 5:07 P.M., a lost driver's license was turned into the police department. An officer made contact with the owner of the license.
At 5:22 P.M., a resident in the 600 Block of North Street reported his vehicle had been struck the day prior. An officer responded to the residence and collected photographs of the vehicle.
At 6:07 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Community Markets. After investigation, the driver, Jamie Coonrod was cited for No Turn Signal.
At 10:28 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of South Street reported he was involved in a domestic violence incident. The male declined prosecution.

At 4:52 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near H & R Block. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:36 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device and to remove an expired registration sticker.
At 6:17 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near North Washington Street. The driver was warned for speed.
At 6:24 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 6:53 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Highland Health Providers. The officer was then dispatched to a priority call.
At 6:55 A.M., a resident in the 100 Block of Paint Street reported his ex-wife had kicked in his door and was actively assaulting him. Upon an officer's arrival both parties were separated. The caller declined prosecution. After investigation, Bobbie Riffle was arrested for Persistent Disorderly Conduct.
At 9:15 A.M., Adena Greenfield reported a patient had left the facility, on foot after having a mental episode and making threats. An officer patrolled the surrounding area.
At 10:16 A.M., The Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of an open 911 line in the area of the 600 Block of Franklin Drive. An officer made contact with the caller, who advised it was accidental.
At 1:05 P.M., a caller in the 1000 Block of Greenhills Drive reported a known female who was previously trespassed from the property, had returned. After investigation, it was determined the female left prior to arrival.
At 1:42 P.M., an employee from Greenfield Skilled Nursing reported alleged elder abuse involving a patient and employee.
At 4:15 P.M., a resident in the 100 Block of Paint Street reported his ex-wife had broken the conditions of her no contact order and that she was yelling at him while at Joe's Party Shop. The male declined prosecution. After investigation, Bobbie Riffle was arrested for Violation of Court Orders.
At 4:31 P.M., a resident in the 100 Block of Paint Street reported her husband using her vehicle that was registered to her, and she does not want him using it.
At 7:04 P.M., a caller in the 1000 Block of Greenhills Driver requested EMS to be sent an apartment. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 8:13 P.M., a caller in the 600 Block of Mirabeau Street reported a property dispute. An officer responded to the scene. After investigation, all parties were advised accordingly.
At 10:34 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of North Street reported she could hear a barking dog and a male at the back of the residence. The female further advised she heard the male on her back porch. An officer met with the caller who advised, the unknown male ran across the porch and left the area. The officer patrolled the surrounding area.
At 10:43 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of Lafayette Street reported his dog had escaped and he would be looking for it.

Offenses/Incidents
At 0118 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to first respond to the 700 Block of Foraker Street for a disorderly male. An officer arrived on scene and separated both parties until a deputy's arrival.
At 0516 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised they had Paint Creek EMS/Fire en route to the 100 Block of Paint Street for an active structure fire. An officer arrived on scene and provided assistance to the occupants of the residence and Fire personnel. All occupants were successfully evacuated out of the residence prior to emergency crews' arrival. A while later the State Fire Investigator arrived on scene. This incident remains under investigation.
At 1:55 P.M., a caller requested a welfare check for a female in the 100 Block of Janice Street. An officer made contact with the female, who checked ok.
At 4:53 P.M., a resident in the 600 Block of Mirabeau Street reported a resident in the 600 Block of South Street was allowing trash to accumulate in the back of the property.
At 9:41 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup in the area of the 100 Block of Birch Lane. Officers arrived at the residence and were unable to make contact with anyone or observed any signs of forced entry.

At 3:58 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup in the area of the 1100 Block Greenhills Drive. HCSO then advised they made contact with the caller and advised to disregard.
At 5:31 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the Burger King parking lot. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 6:36 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near McClain Avenue. The occupants were advised accordingly.
At 10:07 A.M., a resident reported a property damage accident that occurred on 11/18/2025 at the Elementary School. This incident remains under investigation.
At 11:53 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Corvac. The driver was warned for speed.
At 12:43 P.M., a caller reported a male walking in the middle of the roadway, taunting vehicles, near the S. R. 28 East bridge. An officer arrived on scene and summoned EMS personnel to the scene. The male transported by EMS personnel.
At 3:06 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of Lyndon Avenue. After investigation, the driver, Aaron Smith was cited for Driving Under Suspension.
At 5:15 P.M., a caller in the 500 Block of South Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 5:57 P.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security advised of a commercial burglary alarm activation at Adena Family Medicine. An officer arrived on scene and advised the building was secured.
At 7:00 P.M., a resident in the 400 Block of Pine Street reported a civil complaint.
At 7:51 P.M., a caller reported a road obstruction on S. R. 28 East in Ross County. State Patrol was advised and requested a Greenfield unit to patrol the area. After investigation, the obstruction was determined to be multiple bags of insulation. An officer removed the obstruction from the roadway.
At 8:13 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on S. R. 28 East near the bridge. The driver was warned for display of license plate.
At 8:19 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of South Washington Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 8:25 P.M., a caller in the 1000 Block of Jefferson Street reported a light-colored van with its flashers on was driving Eastbound on Jefferson Street and was missing a wheel. An officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
At 8:32 P.M., a resident in the 600 Block of North 4th Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 9:08 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 9:13 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of South 7th Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 9:25 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of South Street. The driver was warned for expired registration.

Offenses/Incidents
At 12:02 A.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security reported a commercial burglary alarm activation at the Greenfield Schools. Officers responded to the scene and advised the building was secured.
At 3:08 A.M., a caller reported an abandoned, unoccupied, dark colored car with the headlights off and no emergency lights on, parked in the middle of South 7th Street at Mirabeau Street. Officers responded to the scene and were unable to locate the driver. The vehicle was removed from the scene.
At 6:22 A.M., a resident in the 200 Block of North McArthur Way reported a suspicious male and requested extra patrol for the area.
At 6:24 A.M., a caller at the Hospital reported an unknown individual shining a red laser at them from a residence in the 500 Block of Mirabeau Street. After investigation, it was determined to be a juvenile, who was advised accordingly along with their parent.
At 6:48 A.M., a caller reported a male attempting to break into her vehicle in the Save A Lot parking lot. After investigation, it was determined the male was looking for his friend's vehicle from a previous call that was reported abandoned. The male believed the vehicle he was attempting to open was his friend's.
At 7:00 A.M., Chillicothe Alarm reported an alarm activation at a residence in the 600 Block of Jefferson Street. An officer responded to the scene and advised everything was secured and no signs of forced entry.
At 7:45 A.M., a resident in the 400 Block of Evans Street reported her juvenile son had a knife and was swinging it around. Caller advised she was able to remove the knife. An officer responded to the scene. The juvenile was transported to the Greenfield ER.
At 9:41 A.M., a caller requested an officer to respond to the 200 Block of Jefferson Street to keep the peace as he retrieves his property.
At 1:44 P.M., a resident in the 200 Block of North 11th Street requested extra patrol for the area.
At 3:15 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of North Street reported telecommunications harassment. This incident remains under investigation.
At 10:01 P.M., an individual requested an officer to follow him to a residence in the area of North 4th Street and Evans Street to keep the peace while he picked up a friend.
At 10:11 P.M., a caller at Flag Way 16 reported a red Chevrolet Equinox had squealed its tires leaving the parking lot at Flag Way 16, heading towards the center of town. The caller further advised the female passenger was crying and it looked like the male driver might have struck her. An officer responded to the scene, reviewed security footage and patrolled the area for the vehicle.

At 1:05 A.M., a resident in the 1100 Block of Greenhills Drive requested a welfare check for her neighbor. Officers responded to the scene. After investigation, it was determined an individual had an outburst and denied to be seen by EMS personnel.
At 1:57 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in front of Flag Way. The driver was warned for a traffic control device.
At 4:37 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in front of Flag Way 12. The driver was advised to contact the BMV to update the vehicle's color.
At 6:04 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the Save A Lot parking lot. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 6:27 A.M., and officer conducted a traffic stop on South Washington Street near Mirabeau Street. The driver was warned for loud exhaust.
At 7:43 A.M., a caller reported an alarm activation at Adena Family Medicine. Contact was made with employees, who advised everything was ok and the alarm was activated due to the power outage.
At 7:46 A.M., an officer responded to the 700 Block of Jefferson Street for an alarm activation. After investigation, it was determined everything was ok and the alarm was activated due to the power outage.
At 8:07 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned.
At 11:21 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on S. R. 28 East near Thrifton Road. After investigation, the driver, Isaiah Molebash was cited for Operating without Plates.
At 3:22 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised the fire department was requesting an officer's assistance with an odor check in the 300 Block of Edgewood Avenue. Assistance was given.
At 7:12 P.M., a caller at Flag Way 12 reported threats/harassment from a known individual. Both parties were separated and advised accordingly.
At 10:56 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of South Street. After investigation, the driver Heath Allen Randalf Richard Martin was cited for Driving Under License Forfeiture Suspension
At 11:27 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to responded to a residence in the 1200 Block of Juvenile Street to the report of a prowler, believed to been seen on the back porch of a residence. Officers patrolled the area.
