Lady Lions fall in districts

WELLSTON — The Fairfield Lady Lions volleyball team bowed out of the Division IV SE District tournament in three sets Wednesday night at Wellston High School.

FHS lost in three sets to No. 1 seeded Eastern Pike by scores of 25-3, 25-8 and 25-2.

The Lady Lions end the season with a sectional title (defeating Western Latham in five sets last week), finishing with an overall record of 7-11.[[In-content Ad]]
