The Fairfield Lady Lions soccer team forced overtime on Saturday, but were unable to advance in the postseason, falling to the North Adams Lady Green Devils in sectional play.
In the Division III SE District Sectional Finals at North Adams High School, the Lady Lions lost by a 4-3 score in OT to the No. 4 seeded Lady Green Devils.
In their postseason game earlier in the week, FHS won in the sectional semifinals, defeating No. 12 seeded Fairland by an 11-3 score.

Seniors playing in their final game for the Lady Lions were: Kaitlin Evans, Kylie Allen, Heather Sanderson, Arica Melson and Elizabeth Jones.
Goal scoring for FHS in the sectional finals was not provided.
