FMS wins Wilmington Invitational

The Fairfield Middle School boys cross-country team had five runners place in the Top 12 as they won the Wilmington Invitational Tuesday night against Wilmington, Clinton-Massie, East Clinton, Blanchester and Eastern.

For the Lions, they took the Top 4 spots in the event, with Austin Setty finishing with a time of 12:00.44 in first place.

Brandtson Duffie was second (12:12.71), and in third was Bennett Hodson at 13:10.91.

Sam Buddelmeyer finished in fourth with a time of 13:18.22, and Zane Adams finished with a time of 14:03.81 for 12th place.
