10 from Highland County earn All-District softball honors

The Southeast District has released the All-District softball teams for the 2018 season, with 10 Highland County athletes earning All-District honors.
In Division II, McClain sophomore Beckley Smith earned first-team honors, while Fairfield junior Kaiti White was named to the first team in Division III.
Named to the second team were Hillsboro senior Riley Moberly (Div. II); McClain sophomore Kaylee Stevenson (Div. II); Lynchburg-Clay senior Hannah Morgan (Div. III); and Fairfield senior Lyndee Spargur (Div. III).
Earning honorable mention honors were McClain senior Kendall Pollard (Div. II); Lynchburg-Clay junior Serah Whitacre (Div. III); Fairfield junior Lauren Arnold (Div. III); and Fairfield senior Carli Reiber (Div. III).
