Writer of Promise awarded at Shawnee State University

Matthew McGuire, right, was presented with the Shawnee State University 2011 Writer of Promise award at Clark Memorial Library. Neil Carpathios, left, assistant professor of English and Humanities presented him with the award after which McGuire read three of his short stories.
