On Feb. 15, 2012, Addison Faith Naylor was born, weighing 1 pound and 13 ounces. After spending four months in Miami Valley Hospital building weight and strength, she came home and is now a happy, bubbly child about to celebrate her first birthday.

While Addison was in the hospital, her parents and siblings spent a great amount of time at the Ronald McDonald House nearby.

Her father, Nick, works at Whiteoak High School and is loved and appreciated by staff and students.

Recently, the Whiteoak Task Force students made a donation in honor of Addison to the Ronald McDonald House. They sent cleaning supplies, personal-hygiene supplies, snacks, games and many, many books. These will all be enjoyed by the families that stay at the Ronald McDonald House while they wait for their family members to get better.

Recently, the members of the Task Force also donated 13 blankets to Shriners’ Hospital in Cincinnati and are working on more to donate.
