Whiteoak hosts winter concert

Many were in attendance for the annual Winter Band and Choir Concert held

Sunday, Dec.13 at Whiteoak High School. The afternoon started with three Christmas songs from the 7th grade band “Up on the Housetop” (Story), “A Christmas Salute” (Kinyon), and “Frosty the Snowman” (Nowak). The choir followed with four songs, one including an a cappella performance. The high school band ended the program with, “Christmas Party” (Curnow), and “Instant Christmas Spirit” (Balmages). Congratulations to all of the students who participated, including the two soloists: Brice Burrier and Ashley Frazer.
