WC's Quaker Heritage Center to feature 'Quakers and the Political Process'

 The upcoming gallery exhibit in Wilmington College's Meriam R. Hare Quaker Heritage Center will highlight Friends' contributions to American political life from the time of William Penn to the present.

 The exhibit, "Quakers and the Political Process: Living Our Faith into Action," opens Oct. 11 and runs through Dec. 10. Normal gallery hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment through curator Ruth Dobyns.

 Philadelphia Yearly Meeting produced the exhibit, which features a focus on southwest Ohio added by the Quaker Heritage Center.
