St. Mary pupils visit Beech Ridge Berry Farm

The students from St. Mary Catholic School were invited to visit Beech Ridge Berry Farm this week in order to learn how maple syrup is made.

Mr. Joe Novotny, owner, explained the process of turning sap into syrup.

The students learned many interesting facts about maple syrup and enjoyed tasting the finished product.
