SSCC Patri-Tots to host Sept. 1 open house

The Patri-Tots Learning Center will host an open house from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, on Southern State Community College’s Central Campus location, 200 Hobart Drive, Hillsboro.
“Our center provides early education with a curriculum that challenges our pupils to increase their knowledge and expand their curiosity,” said Kathe Chaney, site administrator. “We would like to extend an invitation to everyone, especially families in our communities, to come visit us Sept. 1.”
Southern State houses Patri-Tots Learning Centers on Central Campus in Hillsboro and North Campus in Wilmington. Both are licensed by the ODJFS and are open five days a week, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., serving the children of community members, college students, faculty and staff. The Hillsboro location accepts children from 18 months to 12 years of age, and the Wilmington location accepts children from 18 months to 5 years of age.
