Southern Ohio ESC Superintendent Curt Bradshaw completes National Executives in Residence Program

Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (ESC) is proud to announce that Superintendent Curt Bradshaw has successfully completed the prestigious year-long Executives in Residence (EIR) program through the Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA).

The EIR program is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of both emerging and experienced executives serving in educational service agencies (ESAs) across the country. With a strong emphasis on professional growth, strategic leadership development, and innovative service delivery, the program helps participants elevate their impact in the communities they serve.

Superintendent Bradshaw was formally recognized for this accomplishment during the AESA Summer Leadership Conference in July 2025, where he was presented with a commemorative plaque in honor of his dedication to leadership excellence and continuous improvement.

“This program has provided me with valuable insights and strategies that will directly enhance our work at Southern Ohio ESC,” said Bradshaw. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside peers from across the nation who are equally committed to innovation and service.”

Southern Ohio ESC applauds Superintendent Bradshaw for his achievement and his ongoing commitment to leading with excellence, vision, and purpose. His participation in the EIR program reinforces the ESC’s mission of transforming education through dynamic partnerships and solutions that support students and school communities in southern Ohio.
