The Mowrystown FFA chapter has kept busy this summer!

Seventeen Mowrystown FFA members along with Hillsboro FFA members loaded up a bus and headed to FFA Camp Muskingum in July.

They had a fun week at camp meeting new people and enjoying the beautiful
Camp Muskingum.

On July 17, five members and Mr. and Mrs. DeAtley headed to Washington, D.C. for Washington Leadership Conference. They attended several educational
sessions, saw the amazing monuments and even had a little free time in D.C.

The five girls that attended learned how to live with a purpose and a life of service. All of this was made possible by the inaugural Farm Feast hosted by the Mowrystown FFA Alumni.

Over 30 tractors were entered in the tractor show and multiple pairs of students were auctioned off to work as farm hands.
