On Wednesday, Sept. 18, Mowrystown FFA members attended the Farm Science Review held in London, Ohio. Several students attended this trip, along with chaperones.
During the trip, Mowrystown FFA members got to learn about everything agriculture. This ranged from farming equipment and safety, soil, conservation, weather, roles in agriculture, machines, witnessing field demonstrations and more. This trip was very educational for everyone, whether they had lived on a farm their entire life or never stepped foot onto one.

All members enjoyed their day at the 2019 Farm Science Review. This was a trip the Mowrystown FFA chapter hasn’t had a chance to take in several years, but now it’s something that will definitely help expand our experiences as a chapter.
Mowrystown FFA member Charlie Phillips, who is currently holding office as student advisor, said, “It was a great trip, which ended up being very educational.”
