McClain FFA teams compete at Mt. Gilead Invitational

The Mt. Gilead Invitational was held on Feb. 18. The McClain FFA chapter was represented at this contest in the General Livestock, Equine, Poultry and Wildlife Interpretation portions of the contest.

These spring Career Development Events all allow the members to effectively make decisions and be confident in those choices.

The McClain FFA General Livestock judging team placed third. Madison Schumacher was the highest-scoring individual in this aspect of the contest. The Equine Management team placed third. The Poultry Judging team and Wildlife Interpretation teams each placed ninth.
