McClain FFA soil teams place in the Top 10 at state competition

McClain FFA’s ag and urban soil teams competed at the state level on Oct. 13.

The urban soils team was made up of Emily Jones, Garrett Brewer, Courtney Dodds and Josie Crabtree. The urban soils team received sixth in the state.

The ag soil judging team consisted of Holly Badgley, Caleb Cook, Alex Snyder and Richie Lester. The ag soil judging team placed ninth in the state.

Congratulations to both of the soil judging teams.
