Lead Summary
By
Emily Jones-
Members from the McClain FFA chapter conducted and volunteered at the local community center on Dec. 20.

This event was held on the last day of school before winter break. Students were allowed to sign up for various fun activities.

However, around 30 students signed up to make sock snowmen, design Santa Claus ornaments, write thoughtful notes in Christmas cards or fill blizzard bags for many members of the community. The blizzard bags were filled with the cards and ornaments to ensure that the impact of this event was distributed throughout the whole community.

The spirit of Christmas was truly spread through these kind words and gifts. The chapter appreciates all of the volunteers, the community center and its workers for making this event possible.
