McClain FFA Chapter raises $2,100 for hurricane relief

The McClain FFA Chapter held their first community service project on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
The members of the chapter prepared meals and distributed them around the community in order to raise money for the Hurricane Harvey flood victims in Texas. The meals included smoked pork, green beans, macaroni and cheese, a roll, cookies and water. The price of the meal was $7.

Three hundred individuals from the community ordered meals, raising $2,100.
