McClain FFA 2nd at Agriculture Sales contest

The McClain FFA chapter competed in the Agricultural Sales contest on Feb. 15.

This was a district contest that was held at Fayetteville High School. This contest is used to demonstrate skills in customer relations, advertising and promotion and merchandise displays. The team contest allows the students to better prepare themselves for a possible career in agribusiness.

McClain’s team was composed of Madison Schumacher, Ethan Cockerill, Eric Anderson and Emily Jones. The team placed second at the contest. This qualified them for the state competition on March 4.
