The Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter officers work extremely hard throughout the school year in organizing and implementing a variety of activities and events. The chapter Secretary, Treasurer and Reporter have books that they must keep in order to ensure that the FFA is tracking information correctly.
• Chapter Secretary Aaron Chaney submitted his secretary’s book for the District Evaluation in February. Aaron tracks member involvement in all FFA activities, records meeting agendas and minutes along with committee work. Aaron received a Gold Rating for his hard work. Aaron is the son of Alan and Janna Chaney and is currently a Junior.
• Chapter Treasurer Kirsten Banks has the daunting task of recording every financial transaction that comes in and out of the FFA chapter. Monthly reports and individual student records are also kept to ensure financial accuracy. Kirsten received a Gold Rating for her efforts. Kirsten is the daughter of Bob and Laurie Banks.
• Chapter Reporter Johnny Lewis always has the camera in hand to be sure to capture those precious Kodak moments! For his book, Johnny wrote over 20 articles about the chapter’s activities and events. In his scrapbook, Johnny utilized over 100 pictures and captions to accurate tell the FFA stories. Johnny also received a Gold Rating for his efforts. Johnny is the son of Kim and Wade Lewis.
Congratulations to all these officers for their continued hard work and dedication to the Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter.
