The Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter hosted their 2023-24 banquet on May 8. There were 288 members and guests that attended.
At the banquet there were video presentations, our president’s retiring address and recognition of our American Degree candidates and fellow members and their accomplishments.
Among all the great accomplishments, the FFA Chapter would like to recognize that we had eight members get their State Degree, two American Degrees and one national winner. We also had three gold-rated officer books. Those were the reporter's book, secretary’s book and treasurer’s book.
Two members placed fourth at state with their agriscience fair project, and another member was third in Fiber/Oil Crop Production and second in Grain Production proficiency. The chapter also recognized all the members that participated in CDEs, had good record-keeping and had good SAEs.
To conclude the banquet, the new Lynchburg-Clay 2024-2025 officer team was installed.

The Lynchburg-Clay FFA would like to thank all of our supporters and sponsors from the last year. Without your continued support, our program would not be successful. We look forward to an exciting 2024-2025 school year. Mark your calendars for our Annual Tractor Pull on Aug. 16 and 17 at the fairgrounds.
