The Lynchburg-Clay FFA & FFA Alumni Chapter, in conjunction with Hess Auction Co., held their Annual Consignment Auction on Nov. 20.

There were 62 different consignors that participated in the auction selling over 300 items. Items that were consigned varied from tractors to aluminum livestock equipment to chainsaws and even a dozer. As usual the lively Hess Auction Company ran the auction block, while the FFA members assisted the auctioneers, sold concessions, parked cars, and recorded the transactions. All in all, the auction was a success and the Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter and FFA Alumni would like to thank the consignors, buyers, and the Hess Auction Company. (Note: The Highland County Press also provided free publicity for this event.)
