Laurel Oaks honors Students of the Month for March

Two Laurel Oaks students were honored by their teachers and peers as Students of the Month for March 2011.
Junior – Brandy Sova-Davy - Animal Science - Fairfield.
Kathleen Wright (Animal Science Instructor) says: “Brandy has perfect attendance for 3rd quarter. She has been elected 2011-2012 FFA Secretary. Brandy has been a wonderful help creating FFA State Career Development Event study material, on her own time.”
Senior – Rocky Ward - Aviation - Miami Trace.
Shawn Tomlin (Aviation Instructor) says: “Rocky has a great attitude and is willing to work hard to obtain his personal goals. He is a pleasure to have in class and has a very positive personality.”
Vicky Knauff (Social Studies Instructor) says: “Rocky Ward - A wonderful student in my government class. He always had opinions on what the government was doing and understood the more difficult concepts of the political system. He is friendly and just all around a great person.
