Keltner wins Lynchburg Historical Society scholarship

     Lynchburg-Clay graduate Brad Keltner is this year's winner of the Lynchburg Historical Society's scholarship. Brad is attending the University of Kentucky this fall with a major in Biosystems Engineering. Applicants for the annual Lynchburg Historical Society scholarship are judged on several criteria, including academic success and participation in community service and extracurricular activities. Each candidate must also write two essays about local history's importance to teens and their communities. Congratulations, Brad, and have a wonderful college career!
