Ms. Pitzer and Mr. Hart's Health classes in the week of Feb. 21-25 taught a unit on nutrition.  

The students were assigned to do research on foods in foreign countries as a final project. They were required to bring in a poster showing the recipe from the foreign country chosen and demonstrate how the recipe was prepared.
 
All classes enjoyed the International Cuisine brought in by the students. The staff was invited to attend the elegant dining and sample a variety of food. The students showed commendable ambition of their project.[[In-content Ad]]
