Hillsboro FFA members exhibit swine at county fair

The Hillsboro Great Oaks FFA Chapter had six members show pigs at the fair this year. These members include Sydney Dunlap, Leah Vance, Molly Vance, Conner Yochum, Claire Winkle, and Corbin Winkle. These members exhibited their projects in the County Born and Bred, Breeding Gilt, and Market Barrow shows. These member had a great week at the fair and their results are listed below: 

Sydney Dunlap: 2nd in 16-year-old Showmanship and 3rd overall Senior Showman, Grand Champion Landrace Gilt, Reserve Grand Champion Hereford Gilt, 1st place Hampshire Gilt, 3rd place Tamworth Gilt, Reserve Hereford Gilt and Champion Tamworth Barrow in the Open Show

Leah Vance: 2nd Place in Showmanship Class, 3rd Place in Breeding Gilt Class, and 7th in Market Barrow Class

Molly Vance: Exhibited Market Hogs

Claire Winkle: Champion Crossbred Breeding Gilt, Champion Breeding Gilt, 1st place in Market Barrow Class

Corbin Winkle: Champion County Born and Bred Barrow, Reserve Champion Hampshire Gilt, 2nd in Market Barrow Class

Conner Yochum: 4th in Showmanship Class, 6th and 7th in Market Barrow Class
