Hillsboro FFA members earn state degrees

Six members of the Hillsboro FFA chapter walked across the stage at the 88th Ohio FFA State Convention and Expo to receive their state degrees.
This degree is the highest degree each state has to offer, and you are one step away from receiving the highest degree the National FFA has to offer, which is the American degree.

To be eligible to receive the State FFA Degree from the state association, a member must meet the following minimum qualifications: have received the Chapter FFA degree; earned and productively invested at least $1,000; demonstrated leadership ability; and have participated in at least 25 hours of community service. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to receive this degree.
The Hillsboro FFA Chapter would like to congratulate Kaleb Harp, Chase Colliver, Mackenzie Oglesby, Peyton Kidder, Emily Earley, and Mikala Waller for being the 2016 recipients. We look forward to adding your picture to the wall in the Ag hallway which represents our chapter.
