First, the students visited Southern State Community College and learned about their Agriculture Program.

Lauren Grover, a past member of the Hillsboro FFA and the current State Reporter, gave the FFA members a tour of Wilmington College.

The day concluded with FFA members watching an autistic animal advocate, Temple Grandin, inform the students about animal control and handling, along with autism. Several members got an autograph and picture with Grandin.
