National FFA Week was Feb. 20-27, and Hillsboro FFA members helped participate in activities throughout the week, including dressing up differently each day for different themes to show that they are FFA proud.

During FFA Week, the Hillsboro FFA chapter had its February meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 24, followed by a staff appreciation lunch on Friday, Feb. 26.

Every year during FFA Week, our chapter prepares a meal for all high school staff saying thank you for working with us all school year. The lunch is to show all the staff how much we appreciate them.

This year, the members prepared pork loins, baked potatoes, green beans, rolls, cookies and drinks for all staff. The members served the food, helped prepare the food and mingled with the teachers.

We would like to tell the staff how much we appreciate all they do throughout the year and say a big thank-you.
