Hillsboro FFA holds October meeting

The Hillsboro FFA chapter held one of their monthly meetings after their annual Ag Day on Oct. 8.
The meeting was called to order at the Hillsboro High School track and field, where they served members walking tacos, sweet tea and lemonade.
During the meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting were read by chapter secretary Alexandra Crago. The treasurer, Trinity Edenfield, gave an update on the chapter balance. The chapter sentinel, Ben Florea, talked about FFA Greenhand Night and the location of the event.
After the meeting was adjourned, all of the officers and members went to the practice field and played teamwork games.
The members will reconvene Nov. 17 for FFA Greenhand night, which will serve as the November meeting.
