Hillsboro FFA Fruit Sale a success

On Feb. 19, the Hillsboro FFA Chapter celebrated FFA Week by holding a pizza party during lunch. At the pizza party, the FFA Chapter distributed their Fruit Sale incentive prizes.

These prizes included a $100 iTunes gift card, a bean bag chair, a Keurig, wireless headphones, and an iPod touch.

Members were given tickets based on the amount of fruit that they sold. Members then placed tickets in drawings and were drawn at random to see who received the prizes. All together, the Hillsboro FFA Chapter sold over $40,000 worth of fruit.

This year's Fruit Sale was a success thanks to all of those who supported the Hillsboro FFA Chapter by purchasing fruit.
