By Ashley Chaney

Every year at the Highland County Fair the Hillsboro FFA chapter opens a food booth to sell milkshakes and food to the public.

This year we had Peanut butter, strawberry, vanilla and milkshakes we also sold pork tenderloin, pulled pork, and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Different members throughout the day took different shifts in the food booth. The profit made from the FFA food booth helps pay for the members go to National Convention which is held in Indiana this year. The Food booth also helps with different things throughout the year such as Greenhand Night for our freshman, and our chapter meetings during school hours. Thank you for all who came to the fair and supported the Hillsboro FFA chapter.
