Hillsboro FFA boasts successful fruit sale

The Hillsboro FFA chapter had a very successful fruit sale this year.

FFA members sold 7,400 pounds of apples and 31,600 pounds of different citrus fruits.

Along with other items, their gross sales added up to $44,555.50.

There were seven students who sold over $1,000: Kristy Hopkins, Zach Basford, Sara Sexton, Jenifer Smith, Brandon Carter, Morgan Oglesby, and Michaela Chaney.

The FFA would like to thank the community for all their support over the years.
