Hillsboro FFA announces Highland County Fair Beef Show results

On Thursday evening, Sept. 8, the junior fair Beef Show took place at the Highland County Fairgrounds.

Ellie Elmore and Emma Parry were first in their classes. Larkyn Parry was first in her class and was the Outstanding Market Exhibitor, and Hillary Hamilton received junior fair reserve champion steer.

Emily Earley received third place with her feeder calf, Jireh Vance was second in his class and Mackenzie Oglesby received second in her class and reserve in the division.

Heather Burba, Brennen Priest, Lana Grover and Michael Rose all participated in the 2016 junior show as well on Thursday evening.
