Heather Cox receives Wilmington College scholarship

Leesburg resident Heather N. Cox of Caplinger Lane, is the recipient of a $15,500 Academic Achievement Scholarship to attend Wilmington College, where she plans to major in business management/accounting.

Cox, the daughter of Fred and Amy Cox of Leesburg, will graduate in 2014 from Leesburg-Fairfield High School. Her main activities include: basketball, class officer and National Honor Society.

Other types of scholarships and award amounts are available from Wilmington College, a career-oriented liberal arts institution affiliated with the Society of Friends (Quakers). It is located in southwestern Ohio, approximately one hour from Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton. The Blue Ash branch campus serves a large number of non-traditional students.
